The school lies at the heart of the community, and will feature some key facilities, including sports pitches and a performing arts centre. it has been designed to start with four forms of entry, filling up each year as it grows, and the second phase will see this expand to eight forms of entry.

Alconbury Weald Church Academy is part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT), which will ensure a high quality, traditional curriculum is provided for all pupils. We will also ensure a supportive transition to pupils from across the local area, and we are passionate about their partnership work with schools across the local area.

Opening in 2027 we are looking to hear from parents of children in year 4 and below who would like to express an interest in joining AWCA when their child is old enough.
